Affiliate Genie – The Easiest Way to Build Interactive Sites that SELL…

November 6th, 2009 · 129 Comments

Hey guys,

If you missed it a few weeks ago, check out my previous post on Affiliate Genie.

There was a lot of feedback posted there, and I took it seriously. And accordingly, we’ve spent almost an entire month doing nothing else other than taking an already powerful, focused script and turning it into a full scale “what you see is what you get” affiliate CMS (content management system).

Particularly, a lot of people wanted to have the ability to enable/disable the ”product review mode” so they could have a more open-ended, multi-purpose site. So that’s a large part of the changes we’ve made.

And before I showcase some demo sites and list the current features of AffGenie…

…here’s the reader’s digest version of what it is:

Affiliate Genie is by far the easiest, fastest way to build interactive affiliate sites that actually sell. And by that I mean, these sites are streamlined with one sole purpose in mind – getting and converting traffic. Everything from their layout, to file structure to promotional functions.

These aren’t “blogs” and this isn’t some wordpress theme. This was built from the ground up by my team so I could simplify and expedite my own organic affiliate campaigns on a larger scale. In the process, it’s become something that could also be distributable.

Here’s a brief rundown of everything this does – and it’s pretty damn cool if I do say so myself…

• Build unlimited pages, categories, articles and product reviews

• Easily insert YouTube videos, opt-in forms, AdSense®, etc.

• Advanced users can easily insert almost any HTML code, script, tables, and so on directly into any page or article using the built-in code editor

• Engineered for maximum SEO visibility

All layouts & features are specifically optimized for sales

• Moderated commenting system with anti-spam (better than captcha, non-defeatable human tests)

• Completely web-based

• Interactive review/rating system - perfect for organically optimized product reviews, and your visitors can add their own input, interaction, etc.

• Supports Google® Analytics

Requires NO database! Just upload and start adding content! (This is huge, and levels the playing field for a lot of beginners – not to mention, it makes mass scaling for the intermediates and advanced affiliates a lot easier and simpler.)

• Automatically generates its own RSS feed & sitemap

• Creates short, SEO-friendly URL’s on any server that supports mod-rewrite

• Easier & simpler to use than WordPress®

And, of course…

• It’s created by experienced marketers, for marketers

So how about seeing it in action?

Sure thing…

Check out the following demo sites:

The first site I’ll take you through is your standard mix of articles and product reviews. This will actually be one of my own affiliate sites, and it’s in the “learn guitar” niche.

Right now it’s just got a basic content load, but will later have about 10-15 product reviews and 20 articles/tutorials.

Check it out at GuitarBeagle.com

One thing I need to make very clear is that the top-featured ”promo” (above article pages and product reviews) is what will drive, in my experience, basically about 90% of the sales. You’ll see some referred sales for the other products, but your “top-pick” will always seem the majority of CTR and conversions.

This is why it’s so paramount to use. I know it may look “weird” to have something like that above a product review, but remember that your most targeted, responsive traffic will be coming to your site on account of those reviews. (People in pre-purchase mode).

That’s the whole point…

Check out a sample product review on GuitarBeagle here

And check out an article page (with AdSense at the bottom, for the sake of example) here.

Alright, let’s check out another style of affiliate site that AffGenie can whip up…

This one’s promoting a single CPA offer, and sites like these can be very effective in terms of conversion and revenue – even from smaller amounts of traffic.

Check it out at LifeInsuranceCompass.com

Again, like the guitar site, this is actually one of my future affiliate sites that will eventually be sporting about 30-40 pages of content.

I wanted to demo this site because it’s on another server of mine, where the shortURL’s are supported. It’s also an affiliate site without a single product review, which I thought was an important note to get across:

Affiliate Genie isn’t just a “conduit site builder”. It can produce massive content sites, all super-easy to customize and instantly switch up your offers, etc.

All from a web-based environment with NO database hassles.

Also on the life insurance site are some embedded YouTube videos here, and a sample of a high-impact offer location on one of the article pages.

Folks, this is literally all I do for my affiliate “tester” sites - a few of which earn full-time incomes single handedly from organic traffic alone, and many of which see daily sales or CPA conversions.

It all adds up… and it basically just comes down to actually doing it. Building and promoting sites.

Yes, some will flop – but many will get a nice flow of steady traffic and weekly sales. And a handful will really nail it. But it’s the cumulative effect that really starts adding up…

I hope it’s clear that this is a very powerful tool for doing this very easily and with NO technical skill required.

Just upload, add content, and promote.

Magical :-)

And it’s coming soon.

We’ve been working on this fevorishly for months, now, and we’re basically getting to the pre launch phase.

-Chris

P.S. Same goes for the Aff Intel databases.

My data processing team is nearly completed inserting the estimated traffic volumes for all 2+ million keywords, and we are simply ironing out the web-based environment with refreshable values (which is really, really challenging, by the way… but we’re making progress)

  • 6 Arjen // Nov 7, 2009 at 8:54 am

    Hi

Great info and nice looking sites. Would probably say that the reviews written could be better done to improve click through rates…

    AND

The one thing that is really missing and a MUST DO…

Is the optin box… nothing worse then having the visitor once and you never see him/her back.

To be able to communicate, built relations with those visitors once they have opted in.

The longterm success of any business is the email list and provides finacial security.

    Just a thought

    Yours sincerely
    Arjen

Now the template looks nice. Will that provide the best conversion rate possible? If so, I’m sold and I will start to use it.

  • 8 Arjen // Nov 7, 2009 at 8:55 am

    Oh forgot…

Visitors are often looking for a page where 3 or products are compared together… they love that and improves your conversions too!!!

I’m impressed by these 2 live sites. Looks good in a non-bloaty/flashy way. I’m pretty much a IM noob and I have tried different site-buiders and have seen some quality stuff, but the simplistic, great looking, nature of those 2 examples you have shown us. .are …well..very, very tasty. Great job!

Would sites created with aff genie be ok to flip?

I don’t like selling wp blogs because of the hassle the database causes if its a newbie buyer.

  • 16 Gareth C Thomas // Nov 7, 2009 at 9:16 am

    Hey Chris,

This looks like a v-e-r-y interesting add on to your “Lazy Marketer” ebook I bought earlier this year. I admit to not having done anything you taught in the ebook simply because I keep stalling at the website/blog set up stage. I just HAVE to get over the thing looking “just right” and instead “just do it” and see what happens!

Like you say, it might flop, it might not… but this is a cumulative process and if one doesn’t “do it”, sitting thinking about it and planning it doesn’t help much!

I just hope the price of the tool won’t be so astronomical it makes me think twice about buying it. I have spent a ton of money with no return to date and I admit I keep buying stuff… which has to stop :o )

The question is… has it stopped before I look at buying your tool or after :o ) We’ll see ;o)

  • 20 Dave // Nov 7, 2009 at 9:22 am

    Hi Chris,

Since AffGenie does not use a database, can I assume that it requires a writable subdirectory where the content and comments are stored? If so, are you aware of any hosting providers that AffGenie won’t work with?

    Thanks.

    Dave

I really love the look of those sites. Clean, to the point.

Just a Q: Are there any optins on purpose ? Do you think that such affiliates sites do not need a sales funel, or didn’t you had the time to set one up?

I just think you take too much time to sell it to us :-)

Jokes aside, this is actually what I was waiting for, give it too me.

    Any idea about pricing ?

  • 27 Cheetu // Nov 7, 2009 at 9:43 am

    Hi to all,

On the last post I was just wondering why people are criticizing a tool they have not used at all, I have been using Chris’s methods from 2 years now they just ROCK.

For the review CMS, I have tried to customize Joomla, WP and some others, but not succeeded in many terms. As long as review sites are concerned aff genie is going to be a mile stone in the market, Chris has build it keeping conversion in mind and that is what AT LEAST I m after for.

I cannot wait for release of aff genie, Thanks for Chris…………

  • 28 andrew // Nov 7, 2009 at 9:45 am

i just realized in the comments section in the guitar website can give rating, the person can leave comments and gave stars rating as well. This is good!

  • 29 cathy // Nov 7, 2009 at 9:45 am

Google loves WordPress……how would you compare AffGenie Templates to WP Templates for spidering and all that WP offers including plug-ins.

    Thanks

  • 30 Robertino // Nov 7, 2009 at 9:47 am

    Hi Chris,

I guess I have to reconsider what I am doing wrong. I have simialr sites with pages (not blog posts) in several WPMU subblogs on subdomains.
I was going to make them look purdier to increase conversion.
But it seems that plain sites do well : “…but many will get a nice flow of steady traffic and weekly sales”.
I’m averaging about $20-$30/day per subblog.
Will I be wasting my time with making them look purdier?
Or should I just get your product (and not worry about looks anymore) and make more sites quicker = more money ?

    Chris,

It looks really cool and I’m excited to get my sites started when it becomes available. You have opened my eyes on a few things. I was always under the impression that it was best to have the navigation on the right for SEO since according to your source code, the SE’s would see all the nav links first before the content. I guess my assumption is no longer valid.

As a side note, I noticed quite a few incorrect spellings of Guitar in your left side bar and corresponding links. The sites look very clean and easy to navigate. The featured offer at the top each page is also an interesting strategy. I really like the disclaimer also! Great job!

Whew!!! Once again, Chris, I am amazed with your continual product launchings. In that respect you are the consumate businessman. I have been impressed with your knowledge and expertise in affiliate marketing since I got in it with your Lazy Super Affiliate ebook. I like your “no BS” , sincere, and honest approach.

But here’s the thing…..yeah, the knowledge you impart to your members is very respected; and yeah, your products are well thought out and very well made; BUT….(and what I am about to say certainly applies to the current Aff Genie product)…when you say “all you have to do is plug in your content,” you are assuming we all have that same expertise as you for finding the content, researching the content, and organizing it into concise and factual reviews and articles. Chris, you are in the minority being a highly successfull affiliate marketer. You are probably one in a million. These AffGenie templates are initially quite appealing, but that’s all they are: templates with no content. Ever hear that phrase, “a chain is only as strong as its weakest link?” Well here that applies huge. The “chain links” you offer and we buy are SUPER strong. But when the actual user is added to the equation, that’s when the “chain” can get significantly weaker.

I must admit I am one of those weak links. Granted I am learning an awful lot from your products, but it is hard to believe I will ever get to your “six figure” level just by buying your products. I put in a lot of hours applying what I have learned, but often feel like I am just “spinning my wheels” to no avail.

Enough of my venting. Your comment greatly appreciated as usual! Thanks.

Awesome stuff Chris… I am still a newbie at all this affiliate marketing stuff but I’m workin’ hard every day on everything that you say works… and this AffGenie seems to be exactly the kind of tool that will bring anyone who uses it right up to the top, and quick!

  • 55 Daniel // Nov 7, 2009 at 1:05 pm

Thats a good question Paul, I know Dave has quality stuff and support but Super Apprentice seems to focus on stamping out SEO sites mainly for Adsense income . That’s never appealed to me personally. And it takes probably a LOT of sites to make a full time income. Aff Genie seems just the opposite whereby it focuses mainly on promoting affilate products w/ Adsense as more of a fringe benefit.

  • 56 Paulette // Nov 7, 2009 at 2:05 pm

Chris, what can I say, “It’s a winner”. What about a link cloaker?

    Hi Chris….
I think it is worth standing back and being a little CRITICAL….as selling Real Products cannot be divorced from what is said in the pre-sell phase.1) Affiliate Intel is really LATE by any standard of time and resource (read “team”) and feels like handing over cash to fund a project where the project milestones are just left open 2) Affiliate Genie is supposed to be just one of other products consituting the Macro Product Affiliate Armory.a) It does not look so earth-shattering that it could not be created very cheaply ( notwithstanding that half the trick is elimination ) b) There needs to be more info as to how SEOd it is as this is going to be the proof of the pudding !

  • 64 Renee // Nov 7, 2009 at 7:12 pm

    Hello Chris:

Will we be able to use affiliate Genie and not include parts of the template? I’m thinking in particular of the; share this page and powered by Genesis Wex sections. I believe these will be a footprint that will tip Google off as to what kind of site it is.

I have been told that Google gives affiliate sites a lower rating. What are your thoughts on this?

    Thanks,
    Renee

  • 66 admin // Nov 7, 2009 at 10:30 pm

    @Arjen, re: #6 and #8

First of all, it is TOTALLY POSSIBLE to insert your Aweber code into any page of an AffGenie site. You just swipe their opt-in box code and copy it into the built-in editor.

    No sweat.

However – let me clarify something…

I agree that using autoresponders is very effective, but it also increases your deployment time for each site drastically.

It depends on how well you know the market, and if that market is “list friendly”, as many aren’t.

I think for your MAIN sites and authority centers, it should be list-based.

But for tester sites and mini-sites?

No way. Way too much micro-management. It’s insane to try and manage 50+ newsletters. That’s ridiculous.

    (I only have 3 major lists and it’s literally a full-time undertaking).

The whole point of these sites is to draw in some test traffic and see what “clicks”.

If it works out well, THEN start going hogwild on content production, link-building, relationship/list building, etc.

If you don’t know if your site will float – don’t make it a “titanic”.

Start off with a canoe, and go from there.

Trust me, this principle will resonate well with anyone who (like me) has wasted months or years on stuff…

…only to make more money in a matter of days, and more easily, in markets with more traffic and more in-demand products.

    TEST the waters, folks.

    Then scale.

You won’t regret going things in that order…

    -Chris

P.S. As for the “3 products compared together…”

Sorta sounds like you’re making an assumption, dude. I would actually disagree. Most people researching a product simply want to find out more about THAT particular product.

It’s like when you go to Craigslist and start searching for used cars. Type in “Porsche” and look at how many people have keyword-stuffed their ads with the word “porsche” when they’re selling an Eagle Talon or otherwise some wannabe sportscar.

You think someone looking for a Porsche is going to “change their mind” and buy a Honda Civic with neon lights?

    No. They’re not.

All you’re doing is wasting their time.

Give people what they search for. That is the only rule in this game.

  • 67 admin // Nov 7, 2009 at 10:44 pm

    @Mike, re: #13 (Footprint?)

    Hi Mike,

I can understand your concern, but a “footprint” only matters if you’re doing something that violates a search engine’s TOS.

Last time I checked, producing interactive, topical content sites most certainly did not do anything other than give Google exactly what it wants:

Relevant content with a good user experience (interactivity).

This application does not in ANY way manipulate or attempt to “trick” search engines. It’s just a CMS.

Sort of like WordPress, Joomla, etc. – except that it’s built specifically for affiliates.

So the “powered by” statement, which links to my partner’s site by the way (the programming genius behind all this) – doesn’t even come close to compromising or raising any red flags at all SEO-wise.

Joomla, WordPress, VBulletin forums, and a whole schwack of other CMS systems ALL have the “powered by” link included in their default theming.

And Google treats those sites with NO prejudice.

    That’s not a footprint.

    It’s simply an accreditation.

    Cheers,

    -Chris

  • 68 admin // Nov 7, 2009 at 10:54 pm

    @ Dave, #20

We’ve tested numerous hosts and it works fine.

The only limitation with some hosts is that some of the shared hosting packages don’t have a mod-rewrite function.

Which means that you can’t assign ShortURL’s to the pages. For example, GuitarBeagle.com is on a host that doesn’t support mod rewrites.

But LifeInsuranceCompass.com, however, is on a standard CPanel setup that does.

In reality, though, there is actually no “spider penalty” for using dynamic URLs.

I would prefer to only build sites with static page systems, but from an SEO standpoint – it’s 2009, folks.

    Not 1999

Google CAN find your dynamic content :-)

Either way, this will only affect a small number of people. Most hosting companies, even on the lower end of spectrum, will have no problem with shortURLs.

    Cheers,

    -Chris

    @ Cathy, #29

Actually, Google doesn’t have any noticeable preference towards WP sites (or any type of site, for that matter).

People have THOUGHT this in the past based on the assumption that blog/ping was some amazing advantage.

All that does for you is alert the spiders. And you can EASILY have the same effect just by pinging your URL manually for the first few days.

Beyond that, there is NO advantage. None.

Once you build some links, all bets are off and every site is born equal (if your domain isn’t from the bargain bin or previously used for questionable purposes).

In fact, aside from this blog I have ZERO blogs that act as a front-lines traffic center for me. All my blogs are either used for MSN Loophole networks (and related stuff), or they’ve been so modified and retrofitted that you couldn’t tell them apart from a regular HTML site.

It finally became so burdensome to go that route (which I did only so that I didn’t have to add content manually all the time – my writers could add to the site for me), that I had my own custom site-building script developed.

And you’re looking at it :-)

Noticed at the bottom of the two sites it says there were powered by Genesiswerx. Clicked on the link and the genesiswerx.com site says they are the developer.

So basically, did you pay them to develop this program or are you more or less an affiliate of theirs? Bit confused on this.

  • 72 admin // Nov 7, 2009 at 11:06 pm

    @ Robertino, #30

There may be some increase in credibility if you give your site a “face-lift”.

But you’ll have to test that for yourself.

All I can tell you is that this is a steady variable that has ALWAYS outperformed the alternatives:

    “Main offer in the top-fold”

Unless you run into some sort of freakish marketing environment where the gravity doesn’t apply… that one always produces more $$.

That’s honestly the key factor in the effectiveness of my affiliate layouts, and therefore Affiliate Genie.

    Cheers,

    -Chris

  • 73 admin // Nov 7, 2009 at 11:08 pm

    @ Jeremy, #38

Those links are different because each site is hosted on a different server.

We were testing different hosting packages, etc. to run the script through its paces.

The Life Insurance site is on a more standard type of host, which supports the mod rewrite function, and therefore ShortURLs.

    The Guitar site does not.

Both sites are SEO-friendly and both will index and rank just as easily either way.

    Cheers

Aff Intel is currently undergoing a pretty major restructure, rebuild and update.

The traffic estimates in Modules 1 and 2 take a LONG time to compile, but we are almost there. Remember that we’re talking about over 1 million lines of data to process.

The web-based environment is fairly easy, but the features I want it to have are proving to be hard to construct.

Such as, real-time Google exact-match values, real-time PPC landing pages that match the kw, etc.

It takes time and it will be worth it.

    It’s also NOT far off.

I always do what I say I’ll do. Even if it takes a bit of time.

  • 76 admin // Nov 7, 2009 at 11:13 pm

    @ Paul, re: Super-Apprentice

Different function entirely. These sites are more for income, where Dave’s are more for flipping.

You can certainly flip AffGenie sites, but the end result is different.

It’s like comparing a Porsche to a Dodge Viper.

The porsche handles and tracks. The viper goes fast in a straight line.

They look the same and sit on the same podium.

But they’re vastly different, with a vastly different target market.

    Cheers,

    -Chris

  • 78 admin // Nov 7, 2009 at 11:17 pm

  • 79 admin // Nov 7, 2009 at 11:23 pm

    @ Sean, #63

Aff Intel is taking time because there are over TWO MILLION keywords to process.

You think I’m “stalling”, or using AffGenie to fund its development?

    You are mistaken.

We’ve run into obstacles, and since I’m not some a-hole marketer that will sell shoddy products just to make a deadline – yes, I do take my time because I like to do things well.

I’m not going to release tainted data.

I’m going to release stuff that people can actually USE and rely on for their campaigns.

And as for Affiliate Genie being some “cheap script”…

    You know what?

Shove that up your ass, buddy.

We’ve busted our butts for months building this thing. And when I say “we’ve”, I mean WE. My head programmer/partner is Matt Chitty, who works in my office building here in Victoria, BC.

If this wasn’t a partnership, it would have out-of-pocket cost me about $30K to have this developed thus far, and that’s a real world figure.

This is a database-less CMS that is fully interactive and displays SEO-friendly user gen content.

You wanna try outsourcing that with a “milestone payment”?

    Go ahead.

    Actually, just go. Anywhere.

Criticize marketers that simply treat their list like lemmings.

Not ones that “bite back” and give a damn.

    -Chris

  • 80 admin // Nov 7, 2009 at 11:26 pm

    @ Renee, re: Template/footprint

I’ve addressed the footprint issue above, but as for modifiying the theme/HTML content, that isn’t a problem.

Either way, I’ll clarify that before it rolls out.

And ultimately though – there is no footprint.

And Google doesn’t “discount” sites that use a CMS. It shows no bias.

Let your eyes be the judge of that – run several searches and see for yourself… it’s the backlinks that build rankings and authority.

    Not the CMS.

    Cheers

Most hosts now should support mod rewrite. Any of the ones I use support it. One way to know is if your host can do the permalinks in wp to look nice then it will work with affiliate genie.

With Aff Genie, would we be able to remove the powered by link? Or will it be required to keep it as part of the purchase?

The biggest reason I like it is the database-less aspect. Faster rollouts than wp. Price will determine if I purchase this or keep doing my own static html sites.

For advanced users, can you integrated things like PHP and JavaScript code as well?

    Mark.

  • 85 admin // Nov 8, 2009 at 3:59 am

    Hi Mark (84)

Yes, advanced users can easily integrate scripts and so on.

You can do mostly anything through the web interface just by inserting it into the page code manually – and we have a spot in the footer in the main admin panel where you can drop any kinds of sitewide hidden scripts that you might want.

Such as Google Analytics, exit pops, etc.

And if that’s not enough, it won’t be encrypted, so you can always hardcode if need be.

But the web-based interface is highly adaptable, and accomodates all but the most intensive scripts.

    Cheers

Glad you provided the live examples – - it’s good to have an idea of what the end result can and should be like. I also appreciate the advice to not get all caught up in detailed development up front, but rather get the main parts of the sites live and test, and then put more time into the ones that show the most promise. I’ve put way too much time into developing sites with no real idea of the actual potential.

Oh, and just for fun – - “What? It can’t self generate content and graphics and drive hordes of targeted buying traffic automagically? You mean I still have to do stuff???”

    Hi Craig

Conversion comes down to response to copy.

The easier it is for your visitors to see your offer, the more response you’ll get.

But ultimately, your OFFER is what determines conversion. Not just layout, though that does play a factor.

    Hi Chris,

Looks like an interesting product. I REALLY like the database-less of it all. I find WordPress very annoying and time-consuming, don’t understand how people sing it praises all the time…well, I do – they aren’t putting up tons of sites! It’s too time-consuming.

Like others have mentioned – price is a factor. I’ve seen some other very nice high-end products in this vein, but have had to pass due to high price. It might be helpful if you can offer a starter package – maybe just a few sites and then people could move into a bigger package as they earn more? Just a thought.

Wow- sounded like you either were having a super-bad day and or way too much coffee! Perhaps I have worked my way into “Entitlement” based on the hours like you I have put in and some width in my approach.
OK Affiliate Intel will be wonderful useful and all singing and dancing and a different species from that delivered as a one shot so far.
However for any Vendor that offers a product (defined service) it is traditional to use proper Project Management skills to keep your CLIENTS (who have already made a paid contribution) informed and to SET their expectation. It is MONTHS.Lets be honest can You really say you have focussed sufficiently ON THAT ?
I don’t see anybody to whom I have paid for a product not at least initially respecting my opinion….there is a platform of successful and classy marketers still left out there..I even asked yours personally BEFORE I bought it.
As for Affiliate Genie- if it is reasonably priced against the features then I am likely to purchase it, but I am familiar enough with the development of Minisites to be able to say that you have good additional marketing specific features but there are other products which could be modified to compete.
THERE IS A COMBINED ACT OF FAITH GOING ON INCLUDING PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO WOULD LIKE YOU TO SUCCEED- BUT TELLING ME TO SHOVE IT UP THE ASS OR EVEN ANYTHING CLOSE JUST DEVALUES EVERTHING YOU HAVE DESIGNED YOURSELF TO STAND FOR.

  • 117 admin // Nov 15, 2009 at 9:04 pm

    Sean,

I apologize for my previous harsh comment. However, I didn’t take kindly to your implication that Affiliate Genie was a “cheap script”.

You have no idea what has gone into the development of that product – and nor have you any idea of how much work and time I, and my staff, have expended on Aff Intel.

That is a massive undertaking. We are talking millions of keywords where much of the work is actually being manipulated MANUALLY.

As we speak, I have 3 guys whose sole task is adding estimated traffic values for each keyword.

Even to produce Aff Intel initially, it took 4 months of outsourced work.

Yes, it has taken months so far, because it is a huge project.

However, if you can’t see the value in having 500+ big dog PPC affiliates reverse engineered even in its current BETA format…

…then the web-based version isn’t going be what you perceive as an improvement, either.

Keep in mind that every day Aff Intel is unfinished I LOSE TONS of money.

As soon as I plug it in as a backsell to all my other stuff, I am looking at conservatively doing probably an additional $20K – $30K a month profit.

So I’m not delaying this “for fun”.

It is costing me big time.

And as such, I am going as fast as I can to complete it and have something web-based ASAP.

That is the truth and whether you believe it or not is your choice.

    -Chris

  • 123 admin // Nov 18, 2009 at 5:01 pm

I think you mean Affiliate Prophet, right?

In that case, it simply depends how their tracking script works.

If it’s placed within the body tags, then you can install the script right from within our web-based editing platform on the Settings page.

If you need stuff outside of the body tags or in the header, then you can still add that manually by editing your pages after they’ve been created.

We’ll go by user demand, but if enough people need script support OUTSIDE of the body tags, we’ll include it as an update just for the sake of automation.

But for all but the most intensive scripts, Affiliate Genie simply creates HTML sites (albeit in a very easy way), which can be edited and modified from the top down and ground up.

There is no encryption, so the source code is fully editable also.

    Thanks,

    -Chris
