Is there a quick and easy way to integrate eBay auctions? I've used phpBay Pro on Wordpress but don't think that software works outside of Wordpress.

Okay so I purchased Affiliate Genie and everything about it is nicely laid and and very easy to navigate...

BUT..... The one thing Chris that I don't know why you didn't put this in AG was to have the ability to load up content and have it published on on a later date...

That's one of the benefits of using Wordpress cause you can preload plenty of articles of content and spread it out to be published periodically without having to do it manually.

I think this is the only BIG FLAW I see with AG and I would love to see an update that has this feature!

Let me know what you think Chris!

re: top promo

Does AG run only one top promo across all pages of the site?
Or can one change the top promo on a page-by-page basis? I can think of review sites where I would definitely want to do this.

I use ArticleMarketingAutomation.com to drive traffic to my sites. It publishes my spun articles and expects me to post other peoples' articles on my site. It's a win-win because everyone gets links and everyone gets unique content (spinner built in to their system). They support WordPress, Drupal, etc. and any other site that has either an XML-RPC API or an Atom API. Does/will AG have this support?

Hi Chris,

Just have a basic question about this site we're on now, I'm curious to know if it was built with the Affiliate Genie software?

All your products rock BTW.

In your vid in the AG site you mention buiding a responsive list isn't that easy. Even so (and maybe I missed it) isn't there at least an option to add an opt-in?

For people that aren't designers, I think this will be a hit.

Yes, you "can" do the the exact same thing in Wordpress, if you're willing to purchase a theme and tweak it, or use far more than $97 worth of your time to make a theme from scratch.

As far as content goes, I think you need one of the following (if you have both, you'll clean up to the tune of 5 or even 6 figures per month):

1. Absolutely perfect, spot on, niche selection.

2. Extremely knowledgeable, first hand experience in the niche that you can communicate.

Do you want to see an example of #2?

http://anarchangel.blogspot.com/2009/12/measure-for-measure.html

This is a 3,000+ word blog post on choosing a chronograph for a shooting. If I were the author of this blog, I'd turn this post into a full-fledged mini-review site to promote chronographs. Some re-arranging and cutting and pasting of the content, and you'd have a nice product focused site + well informed theory of how to choose a product.

Many affiliate review sites merely parrot the maker's description of the product. That's weak--every merchant with a feed does the same, without having to re-type it.

As an affiliate, you need to bring knowledge and experience to the table.

If you can't afford to buy or borrow the product, or read a couple books about the topic, you're going to have a hard time competitng.

Yes, if you pick the perfect niche (big demand, small supply, big commissions) and really just throw a bunch of mediocre content at it, you can probably make money.

But if you apply knowledge and experience, you can make decent money in a small niche.

Imagine if you made a mini-review site on chronographs with the type of information from the link above. Do you think a bunch of Warrior Forum wanna-bes and other amateur affiliates are going to compete with you in that market? You'll own it. All the gun forums will link to your site as the most informed site on chronographs. You'll get real, quality links, without manipulation.

If you wanted to, you could eventually expand the site into a full fledged authority site on chronographs. if the traffic got high enough, you could start taking orders yourself and dropship and really boost margins (commissions on hardgoods are usually in the single digit percentages, when you dropship you can usually double or triple that amount plus you get a customer on your list for added backend value).

Did you launch this yet? Please send me an email if you get the chance to let me know. I think this will fit my plan right now. Just got done purchasing 50 domains over the past couple of weeks after finishing my keyword research. Your tool seems perfect.

Hi Chris,

Forget about me blabbering that Articlez does not specifically mentions reviews.

I went through the lnk at the top of the side bar.
I always missed the huge big red button with "Learn More".
On the page that comes after clicking it, they mention product reviews twice.
Sure helps, because I do not have the products I would like to review.

Mea Culpa Maxima.
