Well guys,
In contrast to the previous post, I’ll keep this really short.
We’re calling this one “The Magnitude Method”.
Think “Conduit Method” – with a 7-figure twist.
The package includes a detailed blueprint, and our dedicated CMS (which we call GeoLeads Pro).
Here’s a breakdown of both the Magnitude Method blueprint, followed by a video which showcases a live, real-life “Magnitude” site going up using the GeoLeads CMS.
—————————————————————
The Magnitude Method – What’s Inside…
* How to methodically “sell” high-ticket items all day long
* 4 viable business models that will generate massive revenue – even from trickles of traffic. At least one or more of these biz models can be applied to any industry – even those that are highly regulated. In some industries, you can apply all four.
* Exactly how to sell a network of “Magnitude” sites using 2 different value equations (and you’ll be amazed at how much these sites are truly worth!)
* How to construct a brainless, “can’t-say-no” offer to sell a network generating active leadflow to a major business in a Magnitude market – as well as viable ways to do this even if you’re not a “go-getter”.
* How to protect yourself when you exit (sell off) to ensure you don’t get screwed.
* Big-Ticket deals and regulation – what you need to know, legitimate alternatives, and how to play in regulated markets legally.
* How to “make your own affiliate program” with local professionals. (This is a lot easier than you might think, and my single method has never failed to work).
* How to ensure you get paid from selling leads, contingency-based referrals, and so on. There is one simple setup you can use to completely eliminate even the temptation for your JV partners/clients to “hold back” a dime – and no, it has nothing to do with having a giant contract.
* Comprehensive list of Viable Markets/Niches. This one speaks for itself (and it will have your head spinning)
* How to get listed in Google Places legitimately and easily, regardless of where you live and your sites are.
* How to pull the easiest traffic in your life in local markets (not just from traditional geo-keywords) that will still convert like mad.
* And in general – how you really can (with some initial setup) become a dominant player within massively-profitable markets and sell your network of sites for an obscene figure.
—————————————————————
Now, here’s a glimpse of our CMS in action…
As well as a real-life example of one of my Magnitude sites, getting constructed as we speak:
—————————————————————
The Magnitude Method (including the CMS) goes live this coming Tuesday.
It’s limited to 300 copies, or 72 hours, whichever comes first.
We have no plans to sell this long-term or at any point in the future. This is largely because I’m busy enough with ActuallyRank, larger-scale projects, and in all honesty – I’m actually very busy with my own “Magnitude” campaigns, and I’d rather focus my efforts to that end.
Also – just so we’re all 100% clear on this – I won’t even see a dime from this launch. The only reason we’re releasing this at all is to cover Matt’s time spent coding it. (Matthew Chitty, who developed Affiliate Genie and MAKO as well).
Now, obviously, if you’re one of the few who gets in on this – yes, we’ll have ample support for you. But we can only handle 300 customers, maximum.
So that’s how the cookie crumbles folks.
Personally, I believe this is – as I’ve said – the Final Frontier of affiliate marketing.
You can either keep on pushing $29 products… or spend the exact same amount of effort and start playing with the “big boys” – and my previous blog post shows just how possible that is, even with the smallest influxes of traffic.
The difference being that a site selling $29 offers could maybe sell for, I dunno – a few grand on a place like Flippa? But if you’ve got a small network of sites pumping out leads consistently every week in markets where customers are worth a fortune…
….what’s that worth to a direct-supply business?
(Hint: A lot more than 4 figures)
So stay tuned – this goes live on Tuesday.
Cheers

How much is it going to cost?
2 admin // Jul 22, 2011 at 1:29 pm
Hi Mark
It will be affordable for anyone at the level of realistically pursuing the biz model.
It’s definitely not a 4-figure launch, not by a long shot.
We’re not trying to retire on this one – essentially just getting it off the drawing board

I’m doing these deals with clients now. I’ve been working on a platform like this… but this launch has come at a weird time for me financially. I’m hoping there will be a payment plan so I can get involved in this final frontier with ya.
And it will save me the cost of developing

Also, your email said there was a video here. there’s a reference to it above, did you forget to post it?

Looks Great Chris,
As your other things have. Looks like the admin is similar to WP in the fact that it’s all user friendly and easy without much coding or code changing needing… and as you point out no plug ins. Thanks for the heads up on price…sounds affordable.
I’m in!

Hey Chris,
re: “How to “make your own affiliate program” with local professionals. ”
So besides getting the CMS you will actually give instructions on how to find local professionals to work with and, more importantly, how to set up and broker deals with them?
I live in the hedge fund capital of the world, Stamford Connecticut, and I’ve often thought of how amazing it would be to be able to generate leads for hedge fund managers but I never really knew where to begin.
With your CMS and instruction it sounds like I would have a plan of attack and finally get some instruction in how to generate leads for these guys.
Is that correct?
Thanks,
Rondelle

What is the difference between the Mako CMS software and this new product?

But also very robust.
Will the training/support cover how to use the CMS fully?

Come on let’s have a side-bar contest. What’s your best guess? Remember the Price is Right? What about the Popsicle Twins? No, not really I ‘m not that old.
MY GUESS: $497
And for Chris R. that’s a Low-Ball but it’s possible since he’s not looking to retire on this one.
WordPress is for beginners to learn with. It’s a BLOG, nothing more. It won’t scale and the pages load slower than you think and that’s very bad.

This is BADASS!
Finally a CMS for marketers – NOT a WordPress hack. I can’t tell you how sick of wordpress and the endless customizing / troubleshooting / headaches it gives me.
This is gonna go fast. Anyone who builds sites will know just by the video the value this thing has.
13 AffPortal // Jul 22, 2011 at 2:08 pm
Hey Chris, great looking app. I’d like to see the reporting that this has so the site builder can see how many leads he’s generating to compare to what he’s getting paid for from the merchant.

Will this have the ability to upgrade existing Affiliate Genie sites?
I liked Affiliate Genie, but it has turned out to be quite restrictive, because it is tricky to take a site from 30 -50 pages to an authority site of 300 pages, and that is a BIG achilles heel after a while when the AG sites are getting popular and you would like to expand them.
17 Howard Tiano // Jul 22, 2011 at 2:21 pm
OK Watched the video. Re: Aweber form, why does the software create the code below the form display? Do we need to paste that somewhere, like on one of the pages? Is that just a form generator function?
Thanks
18 Nick // Jul 22, 2011 at 2:23 pm
Hi Chris,
May I know what is the different from other website creator like XSitePro which also do not need us to tinkle with html as in dreamweaver or frontpage?
19 Stuart // Jul 22, 2011 at 2:35 pm
I should add that when I say it is ‘tricky’ I mean that the way AG designs its pages means that each article has a link in the menu on the sidebar.
In practice then, really above about 30 pages its starts to look daft, because the sidebar is so long.
There are workarounds (such as creating pages and then having extra links to pages on those). But they are hacks really.
I am at the stage with a couple of mine that I really wish I had just built them with WordPress, because using a theme like Thesis and a couple of plugins it is pretty easy to expand out to an authority site with hundreds of pages.
I get that the form function seems to be the central idea behind this new software.
But honestly, for me, upgrading easily to something that would allow me to expand my existing Affiliate Genie sites is just (really more) important.
So I would like to know this.
I know Matthew did send out a Beta email indicating he was testing software to do this many months ago, but haven’t heard a peep out of him since, so I am not sure if this was it?
20 admin // Jul 22, 2011 at 2:42 pm
Hi Stuart
The primary difference between this and AG is that you can categorize and subcategorize content, and specify how the sidebar is structured (accordion, condensed, etc).
Also, this is specifically built for lead-gen, really. AG was not
Thanks

Hey Chris,
I’ve re-read the Magnitude offer and I gotta say it seems pretty tantalizing …
Is there any way to use other email marketing rather than Aweber (such as iContact?)
Here’s another question (it’s a bit of a long shot, but oh well):
Have you thought about selling the Magnitude method guide separately from the CMS? I understand the logic behind limiting the sales of the CMS for support purposes, but it would be really cool for those that can’t afford the CMS or don’t get it in time to still try to make your methods work with WordPress or Affiliate Genie or whatever they might have.
22 Travis // Jul 22, 2011 at 2:43 pm
Chris,
Are you still forming strategic partnerships like the one with Kram? I’d like you to do this for me in my industry and local market, which is Annuities, Life and Premium Financing.
Travis

Hi Chris,
Just a quick question about local traffic in the SERPS. Recently Google’s 1st page is filled with those local businesses results related to the google map that appears on the right side of the page. Doesn’t this “hurt” the ability to get local traffic ?

Also will you be able to conduct followup Q &A webinars for buyers of the Magnitude system?
Thanks

“It’s definitely not a 4-figure launch, not by a long shot.”
Does that mean the cost is less than $1,000, or more than $9,999?

Hi Chris,
I have followed you through emails for sometime…not sure how I got on your list, as I am not an affiliate marketer, but you hit a hot button I’ve always thought if someone could master lead gen for high ticket products – he’d write his own ticket.
Would you suggest this product for someone without a history of Affiliate marketing? Is the blueprint self explanatory, and if I studied and applied could I “get it done”?
Lastly, in the program, do you give market ideas in addition to the real estate/mortgage programs mentioned already?

Regarding MAKO:
———————–
I’ll just address everyone’s questions about MAKO, how it compares, etc. in one universal reply…
MAKO Dominator is not a CMS. The whole purpose of MAKO is to build sites with 500+ pages (and therefore longtail targets) very quickly and in one shot.
Can you use MAKO for a “Magnitude” project? Of course you can. But you can’t just “throw up” a MAKO site. It takes a major investment of content, linking and time.
The point of MAKO is to draw from thousands of geo-keywords and funnel that traffic through a central offer.
And it generally takes at least 2 months to really roll out a MAKO-driven site.
THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT THIS CMS BASICALLY HAS A SINGLE PURPOSE, AND IT’S DESIGNED FOR EMULATING A “LOCAL BUSINESS”.
That’s what it does.
MAKO is meant for creating a major traffic portal in a market you are well-versed in.
You can treat GeoLeads (this CMS) like WordPress. You can just whip up one site after the next.
That is far from the case with MAKO.
Now – as for people saying “we better get a discount because there weren’t many updates to MAKO…”
Comments like that almost make me see red. Have you logged in more than once?
Here’s a quick summary of the updates we’ve provided for MAKO customers:
* THREE MAJOR software updates since launch. Hence, the latest version is 1.3
* Functions file patch released recently
* Server-based requirements test
* Installation Script (installs everything for you)
* We produced, post-launch, a massively improved user documentation manual that broke down every single function of the application in express detail.
* Numerous updates and inclusions to our training areas since launch.
Oh – and not to mention literally custom coding for at least 30 of our customers who request help or specialized tweaks via support.
I mean, I guess you have to login and everything to see that, but hey – maybe that’s asking alot.
-Chris

38 admin // Jul 22, 2011 at 6:39 pm
@Stevie Boy #28
This is a valid question.
The primary difference is that MAKO was all about tapping local traffic for the sake of traditional affiliate marketing.
And, it was all about building that major authority site.
GeoLeads (this project), is all about tapping local traffic directly and forming direct lead-gen partnerships if possible, or marketing contracts, directly with the suppliers.
The point of these sites is to “look the part” as a local business in multiple different cities across your overall target area.
It’s hyper-targeted lead generation.
What we’ve found in our own campaigns is that MAKO leads are, logically, going to be more scattered. They come in from very specific longtail keywords, of which there will be thousands.
Using GeoLeads (or whatever – using a smaller, focused site) there will be far less traffic, but the leads will be more focused.
So think of GeoLeads as a scalpel and MAKO as a chainsaw.
(Plus, the idea is to obtain placement in Google Maps/Places using a targeted site like this, which doesn’t make sense with MAKO).
Ideally – and this is what I do – use both.
Have a bunch of these “city-sites” everywhere, and then when the market is well proven, roll out a massive MAKO directory to suck in even more traffic within your operational territory.
GeoLeads is, as someone mentioned, really just an alternate to a well-hacked version of WordPress.
The difference being that you don’t have to spend hours of your life setting up each hackfest WP blog to properly run split-tests, accept working form tags (good luck), and so on.
It’s a matter of convenience.
All I’m going to say is there’s a reason why I’m using GeoLeads as opposed to WP, or even Dreamweaver (which is my standard).
Well, 2, actually:
1) It just does what I want without a bunch of screwing around every time
2) I can hire someone to simply whip these up and load them with content. THAT is irreplaceable value.
——————————-
Maybe a good litmus test here is that if you don’t “get it”, well – don’t buy it.
The other thing here is that the blueprint and “niche list” is a major part of this release.
This product will not be priced anywhere near what MAKO was, and that’s because it’s for a very different purpose. MAKO is sort of like buying a race car. You’ve gotta know your stuff. It’s not a “newbie” thing.
GeoLeads, while not for newbies, is for anyone who wants to venture outside the confines of traditional affiliate marketing…
…and start playing in the world of massive transactions.
Hence, it’s called the Magnitude Method, which happens to include the exact CMS we use, purpose-built for local leadgen.

Just watched the video. Clearly this is a step above something like eLead Studio…but Local Lead Machines lets you build unlimited vertical funnels…all managed from one domain and dashboard (= domain authority). Did I overlook something here??

Snugla – We’ll work out something for MAKO owners.
Re: Local Lead Machines – that’s an entire lead management backend. And it’s a grand.

And this is far, far less money.

Actually…it’s $497. For a grand…you get to sell it as your own product and keep 100%.
44 admin // Jul 22, 2011 at 7:36 pm
Interesting, this must be a reseller then:
http://www.localleadmachines.com/pricing.html
Again, though – that’s more for selling leads to multiple clients. And trust me, that’s easier said than done.
It’s a lot easier to to work with one person per region.
And there’s a lot more money if you can run contingency-based campaigns anyway.
The point is – if you want some giant, complex system like that, great. That’s awesome. I use something similar to that with our national leadgen site in Canada.
But it’s honestly easier just to use Aweber, when you’re only working with a single JV partner or client.
I really have no desire to sell leads to a bunch of different people in different verticals at the same time.
The idea is to realize the value of these leads, and build a network that pumps out as many leads as possible in a certain vertical – and then sell that network to a supply-level business.
If you want to use our software, then great.
If not – that’s cool too.
Whatever works for ya.
-Chris
45 Steve // Jul 22, 2011 at 8:02 pm
Chris
Does the lead gen form need to be Aweber? We use a custom, industry specific form that posts to a PHP script to generate quotes and pass lead info to our partners.
Have used XSitePro for current sites. Works OK, much easier vs WP for large number of sites, though doing network-wide changes is a pain.
From the video, looks like GeoLeads can manage multiple sites from single interface. Hope so.
Some reservations about using a new tool with limited user base for large number of sites. Though, there are ways to mitigate risk…
Steve
46 admin // Jul 22, 2011 at 8:11 pm
Hi Steve
No the lead form isn’t restricted to Aweber, PHP can work in most cases.
The interface is on a domain-by-domain basis, but depending on your host, you can often get by using full-path php includes to handle universal content across multiple sites.
(We do have something in the works for multi-site management, but that’s probably a year down the road, at least).
Re: reservations on limited userbase, I hear you, but at the end of the day it’s just HTML. And regarding support – we’re good for it.
We aren’t going anywhere any time soon.

2- Mako owners given first option to buy before the product is release to your general list ?
48 J // Jul 23, 2011 at 12:57 am
I have a certain WP theme that I’ve perfected for my for local lead gen sites. Whenever I need a new site, my full time Filipino web guy whips it out in a few hours with custom graphics too.
Given my scenario, how will this product make me even more efficient?
49 admin // Jul 23, 2011 at 3:22 am
@Chris, #47 – I’ll mail out the details for MAKO customers either Saturday or Sunday, no worries.
@J – Well, that really depends. Aside from time-savings for your staff, there may not be any additive benefit for you – but that’s because you’ve already developed your own process and ironed out a theme, etc.
A lot of people reading this (and interested in the model) aren’t there yet.
At the end of the day, what something like this does is makes things alot simpler, and it saves time.
I know for myself, since I’m not actually that technically inclined (you can probably tell if youi’ve seen my earlier sites), a CMS like this just makes a lot of sense.
So if it makes sense – awesome.
If not, or if you’ve already got your own processes down – then that’s awesome as well, and I’m being totally sincere.
However, there’s two parts to this product. One half is the CMS, and the other is the blueprint/market list.
Again, that’s a matter of seeing new possibilities and significant time-savings.
The value of which is entirely variable. For some that’s worth nothing, for others – a small fortune.
Thanks J
-Chris
50 Frank // Jul 23, 2011 at 8:06 am
Two questions: The site you created using this CMS looks awesome but
1. Is it mobile ready (compatible)? More and more local searches are done using smartphones.
2. Do you explain how you track phones calls from the lead gen site? I mean how do you get credited for a sale/lead if the prospect calls the 800#?
51 J // Jul 23, 2011 at 11:13 am
@Chris and thank you dude for the quick reply and awesome posts.
Even though I may not need the CMS I may pull the trigger anyway, because I’m sure I’ll pick up a few great ideas with the information product.
I’ve been doing this for a while now in real estate and other lucrative niches like flood damage and Chris is right, it works folks.
P.S. I never was a fan of affiliate marketing because it breaks the rule of control (MJ Demarco talks about this in his book Millionaire Fastlane).
52 J // Jul 23, 2011 at 11:16 am
@Frank
In regards to tracking phone calls. I recommend hostnumbers.com or kall8.com.
Both of these companies allow you to buy local phone numbers (I recommend local numbers over 1-800 for local sites) and to record the phone calls. When a lead calls, the first thing they hear is ‘this call may be recorded for training purposes to comply with law. Now you have a full recording of the call.
53 Jeremy // Jul 23, 2011 at 11:21 am
Lead gen has no more control than aff marketing, and in fact, lead gen is just aff marketing by another name.
54 J // Jul 23, 2011 at 11:30 am
@Jeremy, completely disagree. I can’t even count how many sites I’ve known that have become utterly worthless because an offer changed, that doesn’t happen with lead gen. Not saying it’s a perfect business model, there is more of a human element involved and most IMers just want to sit behind the computer the whole time, but for me, it’s vastly superior to traditional aff marketing because I happen to enjoy the human element.

60 The Mad Scientist // Jul 23, 2011 at 4:50 pm
@KC Yes there is a mobile detect script that will load an image free css free light weight theme if mobile browser is detected. Configurable inside of the control panel.
@mohan This is suitable for anyone that has had experience putting up websites (even wordpress ones). The system is intuitive and easy to use.
61 Jim // Jul 23, 2011 at 4:57 pm
Well Chris, you’re being very prudent in warning the inexperienced away from this, but it seems to me that if you are making things a lot simpler, and and saving them time on the technical side (which makes outsourcing easier too), and in addition apparently handing over a rather complete business model on the information side, why wouldn’t a beginner jump this. So he has to fall down and bump his nose a few times. That’s the case with any beginner.

@ Jeremy #53,
Re: “Leadgen is Affiliate Marketing”
Technically speaking, there are certainly similarities. However, the two giant differences are:
1) Barrier to Entry (and therefore saturation level), and
2) Exit Scale.
You simply can’t sell an affiliate site in a traditional market for what you can with a network of leadgen properties (or major singular site).
Not to mention – setting up contingency contracts and/or marketing contracts directly with professionals or high-ticket firms is a far cry from creating a Clickbank account.
So I think it’s more accurate to “tier” web profit models in order of magnitude as follows:
1) CPM, Paid-Per-Impression. Lowest visitor value, but easiest path to profit. Zero barrier to entry. High traffic is mandatory.
2) CPC (Adsense). Medium to Low visitor value, relatively easy to produce profit, which is based simply on clicks. Zero barrier to entry. High traffic is mandatory.
3) CPA (Signups, actions). Medium visitor value in most cases, with a few high-value exceptions. Barrier to entry ranges from “zero” to “small”. High traffic is usually mandatory to see success.
3) Standard Affiliate Programs (Pay per Sale). Medium to High visitor value. Barrier to entry ranges from “zero” to “small”. High traffic isn’t necessarily required – success hinges more on conversion.
4) Standard Lead Generation (CPA). High visitor value. Barrier to Entry is high. Only medium/low traffic required, as success is contingent on conversion and targeting.
***
BONUS: Standard leadgen is also a marketable product – which means YOU can recruit your own affiliates.
***
5) Hybrid Lead Generation (Floating Monthly Contract). Higher visitor value. Barrier to Entry is high. Only medium/low traffic required, as success is contingent on conversion and targeting.
6) Lead Generation (Contingency). Highest visitor value possible. Barrier to Entry is high, and limited. Only medium/low traffic required, as success is contingent on conversion and targeting.
—————————————
And that’s just the visitor-value quotient.
As above, everything really hinges on the sale of the assets/sites.
I know this is a limited (small) group, but where this really matters is for affiliates who are tired of earning huge incomes – just to see it all get taxed to death.
At least as a Canadian – capital gains are where it’s at for generating true wealth (that you can keep).
And even in the US, when you’re selling a business or long-term asset I believe it’s still a huge tax savings in comparison to regular revenue (although I know it’s more complicated, and things depend on biz structure – very important to look into probably before you even start a venture with the intent to sell eventually).
Anyway.
That’s why Leadgen and Affiliate marketing are definitely not the same thing, though similar in practice.

I have both MAKO and the Local Lead Machine. Anyone wondering about the LLM can just use mine and down the road I ‘m sure you will help me out with something. Having no money is not a big deal when you trade services you would not be able to buy ending up with better quality that shows.
Problems come in when people try to put a dollar value on people, trying to equalize everything, always keeping track to make sure nobody gets more than they did.
Contributor mindset with priceless skills are welcome to inspire, grow, empower and share.

How do you deal w/ postcard verification for Google Places listings? Does anyone have any ideas?
70 admin // Jul 25, 2011 at 12:16 am
Hi John
Yep. Virtual office, mail forwarding and call forwarding.
Or, alternatively, use your broker/professionals’ address.
-Chris
71 Mark Trentham // Jul 25, 2011 at 1:10 am
You said in your last post that you have a one strike and you’re out policy, so you do follow up phone calls to check whether the referral was followed up.
On the bcmortgagehelp site you have a phone number that looks like it goes direct to the broker. If referrals call that number how do you check up on that?
Or does it come down to the trust relationship you have built with the broker?
72 admin // Jul 25, 2011 at 1:14 am
Trust. I’m actually good friends with him, he’s a great guy.
But in other cases I’d use (as J mentioned above) a virtual phone service that can fwd calls, track activity, etc.
Starting out, I’d make it mandatory for the broker/JV partner to enter the client details along with their ph # into a webform, so you can follow up if necessary.
You can easily track whether they do this or not – just compare online leads (phone numbers) against the calls in your virt. phone account each month.
If there’s a discrepency, ask why. Unless they have a good reason – can them.

Any accountants or tax attorneys here that can weigh in on capital gains tax laws in the US for the various corporate entities (LLC, S corp, C corp..)?
74 Brad // Jul 25, 2011 at 6:13 am
I hope it is within my financial reach. It really sounds great! Wish we knew the price right now.
75 Jeremy // Jul 25, 2011 at 9:10 am
@Chris — Thanks for the long reply in 67.
Affiliate marketing has gotten a bad name from the Clickbanks of the world, as well as from hare-brained affiliate marketing schemes that had no real business substance, such as:
1. The “Google Cash” direct linking PPC method.
2. Long tail EMDs + spammy linkwheels and an Amazon banner (“I’m gonna dominate the searches for kids white tube socks at kidswhitetubesocks.com!”)
3. Newby affiliate marketers whose first venture into internet marketing is to promote the “how to make money online” products of their guru of choice.
On the other hand, a solid authority site such as Askthebuilder.com is a “real” business which can monetize through any number of methods, from selling ebooks, Adsense, affiliates, or even lead gen for contractors.
The important thing is to build a real business that can control valuable, targeted, responsive traffic flow.
If you have targeted, responsive traffic in a niche where money is spent, it’s just a matter of testing which monetization method works best in your particular niche.
The Adsense vs. Affiliates vs. Ecommerce vs. Lead Gen debates are great for generating high comment counts, but in the end, the value is in the volume and type of traffic you can attract and convert.
Looking forward to the CMS, to see how it helps in that respect.

Hi Chris,
Really looking forward to checking your offer out.
Quick Q. Looking at [your site], Vancouver mortgage brokers gets 170 exact match searches a month according to Google. Is there a min montly exact match you would recommend in the mortgage market?
Thanks

@ Leah: Thank you for the generous offer to the forum. I would love to learn more about Local Lead Machine (LLM). You have the ability to give others access? If so I would love to give it a spin.
@ Chris: simply brilliant idea and one I’ve been toying with for a while now as my traditional online affiliate business has started to fade due to the increasing cost of staying competitive in the SERPS for keywords more easily ranked for in the past.
80 Norm // Jul 26, 2011 at 1:11 am
It would have been pleasant to have ad Admin inform us when–time of day– this was going live. Makes life easier when you know these things…
I also personally detest the marketing ploy of concealed pricing. Marketers…What a lot. No wonder sales types are universally scorned and despised.
81 admin // Jul 26, 2011 at 1:11 am
Hi Sam – sometime in the morning. Front end is $197
@Jeremy – no, the value is not in the volume. An Adsense site earning $50K/year won’t sell for a fraction of what you can sell a leadgen business earning the same.
-Chris
82 admin // Jul 26, 2011 at 1:22 am
Hi Norm,
Well, there were some variables out of my control on the timing issue, so I’d rather be silent than wrong.
Re: pricing “ploy”. There is no ploy. We were waiting for some data to come in, which may have been the upsell – still waiting.
This affects front-end and backend pricing.
So you can say whatever you want, I really don’t care. If you think I’m a “scorned marketer”, you should look at my track record. This is the first thing I’ve sold in 5 months.
(And I’m going to make $0.00 as a result – it all goes to Matt, who developed it. We’re just clearing the table so we can move on.)
Sounds like you’re pretty sour about something.
Personally, I really don’t give a crap.
Either you want what we’ve got or you don’t. If this is so arduous for you, then don’t buy it.
-Chris
83 mohan // Jul 26, 2011 at 2:44 am
Hello Chris:
I read the front and is 197 bucks. How much does the back end cost? Also, is buying the back end necessary to succeed in this and to at least make some money in the long run as that is the goal of everyone, right? I might afford 197, but I don’t know if I can afford the back end also.
84 stevie boy // Jul 26, 2011 at 8:12 am
Chris
thank you for the information. I currently live in costa rica and here one does not need to have a license to sell real estate.
this is good and this is bad since everyone and thier brother is a real estate broker. but the professionals here are known. and this could work for them.
also was thinking of converting the concept into spanish and testing this market in a different language.
is this sound feasible?
will this also include contracts and additional docs to get started?
I am new to this type of model.
when you state blueprint your giving the details to launch this??
sounds good
thanks

can this model be done remotely meaning avoiding the face to face meeting?

Don’t suppose you have time payment? Don’t need the product delivered with the first payment, just want to know I’ve got a copy.
90 Trevor // Jul 26, 2011 at 6:04 pm
Chris,
I’m interested to know how well you are ranking against the local Google maps and other authority business directories covering your territories. From your original videos it appears that you’re pulling in most of your traffic from people searching on variations of specific local business names, am I right?
On average how many of your 1,000′s of directory pages make it close to the top of Google’s first page?
91 susan // Jul 26, 2011 at 6:05 pm
I am kind of a newbie. I am still very interested, though. I can certainly call people and speak to them on the phone, as long as i know what to say. Will not do face to face. would just sell leads, at least until i can afford to get an attorney to tell me what the regs are.
As for the site building-am i allowed to give access to a tech person to do that? Sounds like it wouldnt take long per site, but i cant ‘edit html’
so i’d outsource all techie stuff if i can.
Please let me know if it makes sense for me to buy this, i would really like to and if i can get techie help, i’m ready to go.
Oh, one question. I see the price-but saw someone above say something about a ‘backend ‘ cost. must mean upsell” What is in the upsell? I would probably not be able to do that part right now, and hope it is all included in the price…….thanks.
thanks
92 J // Jul 26, 2011 at 7:08 pm
Hey Chris,
I got alot of experience doing this as well. I have even sold a network of real estate sites earlier this year for 6 figures. (so it definitely works folks)
My sites were more nationwide instead of local though.
I do have a bunch of local sites I do this with as well, but they are for things like plumbers, carpet cleaning and flood damage.
Anyway, my question is….Do your mortgage sites rank for the ‘trophy’ keywords or just ‘super long tail’?
Meaning, bcmortgagehelp.com, I don’t see it ranking for BC Mortgage or BC mortgage brokers..so what does it rank for? (or would this be giving away too about about this particular site?)
I guess I’m trying to figure out what keywords are people looking for in regards to mortgages on a local level…because I know they are so low traffic they won’t even show in the Google Keyword Tool, I guess I could always run an Adwords campaign to check true search volume and get an idea of what words convert, etc.
93 Dan // Jul 26, 2011 at 9:25 pm
Hi Chris, are you planning on having any follow-up webinars for those who purchase the program?
94 Bruce // Jul 26, 2011 at 10:18 pm
Hi Chris
The price seems great but I am put off by the ‘backend’, no idea what this entails once I have already spent my money, it might be too much to continue.
Living in SE Asia, will I be handicapped in any way, is there anything in the system whereby you have to have a US address.
95 susan // Jul 27, 2011 at 5:50 am

Yes any follow up webinars skuld be great as well as having access to some kind of forum.
Some questions arises about the content and model.
Are you planning something like this?
98 Jack // Jul 27, 2011 at 4:17 pm
K, (#89) that is a great idea.
I would definitely welcome a 2 payment option, and wouldn’t mind getting the CMS and report after the 2nd payment goes through. Just as long as I was able to reserve a copy now.
Anyway you, or Matt, would consider doing that Chris?
99 Michael // Jul 27, 2011 at 6:48 pm

100 admin // Jul 28, 2011 at 4:34 am
@J – #92
This site is literally being built right now. Number of backlinks built at this stage = 0
You’re seeing a work in progress, not an active leadflow source.
But to answer your question, it’s a bit of both. We have sites that target “generic” geo-keywords and also those that go after the longtail stuff.
The specific keywords will convert better than the long-tail “conduit” keywords (broker names), but it’s so easy to pick up traffic for longtail that it’s worth it.
Do both.
@stevie boy – The report does contain a variety of structures/biz models for basically any kind of leadgen or hybrid leadgen.
And no, you don’t need to be “face to face”.
You could definitely go after the Costa Rican market – and I’d imagine there’d be some English traffic there as well (offshore investors).
@Trevor, re: our rankings vs. google places/authority sites.
It’s all over the map. For the really long-tail keywords there will almost never be map listings. It’s more just the generic “chicago realtor” type keywords that trigger Place listings.
In many cases we’re above the map listings, and in many cases we’re not.
Same goes with authority sites/listings.
@ Dan re: followup – this bundle will definitely have updates sent out, and we may host a webinar or something similar, although I’m not sure when.
@Michael, re: not working.
Matt is currently inundated with support, and he IS getting to everything, one email at a time. Rest assured, we’ll make sure that this is resolved.
Thanks!
Chris

NO errors, NOT even 1/2 of one! The whole process, start to finish was only MINUTES but I’m not sure exactly how many. . .under 5 I think and it’s sooo pretty and all business like too!
NOW, if ONLY I had a partner who could adjust the knobs and dial the pop-ups down a notch, WE could really do some damage – hey I know!
50 “Chris” mas specials with embedded for life links to the Conduit Method and AG coming right up. I’ll do it myself if I can’t find anyone. Thanks Chris and your Programmer too. “thriftgirl62″ – Leah
btw- I’m working with your friend “The Genie” now so I sent him the information on this – NOT the script – just the PDF and he said normally he “doesn’t read those” but he said THIS one was different so he did read yours – all positive comments too. Ask him next time you talk to him!
