Who the heck am I?
Name’s Chris Rempel.
I was born in 1984 in a place called “Lloydminster”, which is an oil-town in northern Alberta (and Saskatchewan), in the cold, barren prairies of Canada.
Basically, let’s just say that growing up in Lloydminster instills you with an automatic & intensely passionate drive to travel to NICE places all over the world, with no intention of returning.
Ever.
I’m married to a lovely (and incredibly beautiful) girl named Sarah, who, due to some temporary mental-lapse, decided to marry me when I finally managed to bumble out a half-decent proposal. I think she’s coping well with that decision for the time-being - and as a result, I am one lucky guy to say the least!
Anyway…
If you’re reading this page, it’s probably because you want to decide if my advice or my product (Confessions of a Lazy Super-Affiliate) is worth your time. And rightly so - you should only learn from people who can actually help you get to where you wanna go.
Now, I can say whatever I want - but that doesn’t matter. My word means nothing on its own.
And so I’m going to encourage you to do something that few “self-proclaimed experts” will ever do:
Google Me, and see what others have to say…
In fact, I’ll make it easy for you to do just that.
Here’s a list of keyword searches that you can click on to bring up reviews on my ebook, as well as my teaching style and content quality in general:
Google Results for “Confessions of a Lazy Super Affiliate”
Google Results for “Confessions of a Lazy Super Affiliate Review”
Google Results for “The Lazy Marketer Review”
Google Results for “Chris Rempel Review”
Then, if you like what you see - come back, read the blog, get the book and use my experience to your advantage. Give yourself a shortcut, so that you don’t have to get stuck on things that won’t result in major online profits.
I wrote “Confessions” because it’s what I wish I had when I started out 3 years ago. I wasted almost 2 years on stuff that accomplished basically nothing - living just under the poverty line - because I was too stubborn to listen to other people’s advice.
People who had been there. People who were at the place where I wanted to be.
Don’t be like I was, back then.
Do your research - but don’t be afraid to learn from others, either.
Not everyone in this business is a snake-oil scam artist
Some genuinely care - and not just because it makes them money. A lot of us remain active in the “how to make money online” markets because it’s genuinely interesting to us, and because it’s a strong passion that’s turned into a reality.
A sweet, and at times unbelievable reality…
Success doesn’t come “easy” - but it CAN and DOES come if you’re focusing on the right actions, the right methods and the right tactics in the right markets.
I explore all of those factors on this site, and in my book.
Later,
-Chris

Hey Chris,
I grew up in Southern Alberta just south of Lethbridge. I now work for Russell Brunson in Boise. Send me an email and we can see how we can help each other.

Hi Brent,
Lethbridge, eh? I actually like Lethbridge quite a bit, I have a few friends there from college.
Quite windy, though, as I recall…
Sure, I’ll send over an email.
Cheers,
-Chris

Hi Chris,
I just want to tell you a big thank you for your book…i was making very small money before i read your book…around $150 a month with adsense…i know it’s not a business…loll…i wanted to switch to affiliate products but was lacking some serious linking strategies….was only doing articles submission….
Your book was a revelation for that part….my new site is only 3 months old…and this month i will be close to a $1000 in profits…i must say thank you so much…i intend to duplicate this success over and over….
I have already found my other niche and i know i can make a killing huge demand..desperate buyers and virtually no competition…Can’t wait to have multiple websites…
I now have the knowledge to change my life…:)
Of course i had a lot of knowledge before reading your book, but your book was the thing that made me take action and keep focus…guess it arrived at the right timing in my life…
I can’t thank you enough…
Fred.

Fred,
That’s AWESOME, dude!
Right on - keep on going with it, and remember that once you’re in a niche that’s profitable for you and worth your while - start scaling things up.
Build authority sites, create feeder products, become your own “competition” and so on - so that you generate as MANY sources of organic traffic flow as possible.
This will lay a concrete foundation to an already passive income stream, while multiplying profits.
Turning those money-makers into a BUSINESS.

Hi Chris!
Looks like you really know your way around the internet marketing world! I am very interested in purchasing your book, but being an absolute newbie to the whole marketing/business/internet thing…I wonder if it is way too advanced for me at this point? If so, where should I educate myself first? If not, do you really get down to the “basics” and the step by step of it all?
Thanks for your time and help….so many aren’t willing to give you the time of day!
Sincerely,
Shawn

Hi Shawn,
Well, my book covers alot of content about what types of visitors to target, what kinds of keywords to focus on, how to effectively build your pages for maximum conversion, how to RAMP UP your efforts to build a real business in the process - and how to duplicate your results and diversify your traffic sources over time for a rock-solid foundation of “lazy” profits.
It assumes that you already have a good grasp on basic website creation, and a bacgkround in the basics of internet business.
A good place to START, from scratch, would be to visit Allan Gardyne’s AssociatePrograms.com and read the articles for beginners, join his newsletter and get involved in the active, yet focused forum there.
From there, I can recommend Jimmy D Brown’s ListAndTraffic.com, which is a great intro (and full-blown blueprint) on growing and profiting from the long-term profits of email list & relationship marketing.
Once you have a handle on those basics, then MY course is basically a bunch of shortcuts for getting there as fast as possible.
Think of it as buying a turbo-charger; it needs an existing vehicle to be fitted on.
All the best,
-Chris

I’ve read your ebook Confessions and I find it very interesting.
I already have a computer based website. Would it make sense to include a registry desperate buy type of section in it or should the registry stuff be in a separate domain?
8 admin // Feb 14, 2008 at 1:48 am
Hi David,
It would make sense for that site, for sure.
So would other related topics like spyware, adware, etc. Since your domain is already somewhat established, it makes more sense to simply scale it out, rather than having to start fresh with a new domain from an SEO stand-point - because it’s already on topic.
Cheers!

Chris,
Fresh e-book dude.
Nicely done. It should be the standard classroom text for affiliate marketing, period.
Nuff said.

Chris In your article “The Conduit Method” you talk about building links softly through article submission. What I want to know is are the individual articles about the products themselves or are they written using certain keywords as the basis for the articles with links leading to the website? Could you give me some examples?
13 Zach // Jul 6, 2008 at 11:09 pm
Hey Chris,
I enjoyed the information you freely provided on your website regarding making money online, etc.
I’m interested in purchasing your ebook but at this time I don’t have the funds to do so.
Anyway, I wanted to ask you a question about making money online as your more experienced than I in this area.
I just recently had my blog that I was casually working on deleted do to my free hosting provider making some stupid mistakes (and me not creating a backup I lost all my data).
Anyway, before this occurred I started to get a load of traffic from google. My blog posts were indexed within 24hrs sometimes within 9.
It’s been a couple weeks since then and I still rank highly for certain keyphrases in google out of millions of sites. Usually on the first page of the SERPs.
I created this website at no cost to myself so I think I did pretty darn well. I’m not sure though because I haven’t asked anyone till you.
I thought about just forgetting this website, but then after reading the information from your site I thought that perhaps I could somehow leverage the power that my old deleted site has and create something new.
Do you have any ideas? Let me know what you think.
Zach
P.S. the website url is within this comment’s sig.
Thanks again! Oh and if you want the key phrases just ask me or look on the landing page!

Hi Kevin, I think a good strategy is to target non-product keywords in your article marketing and then have the anchor text in your articles be variations of the product, company, and author keywords…
This gets your site ranked for product related keywords and the traffic that trickles in from your articles will be impressed with the awesome non-biased info you’ve given them and be warmed up to hear what you have to say about products related to their problem/niche.
Of course, if you have the time DO IT ALL! But, you may find it more cost-effective to write another product review and start promoting that then to focus all your effort on only a few products. Once you start making money on some then you can go back and ramp up….find what works first!
My two cents…:)

video. Thanks.

Hi Chris,
I’m entering this here because your email in the main site is not working ….it keeps asking for the security code …and I entered it a gazillion times.
Anyways, since 2002 I have been fascinated with the possibilities of interenet marketing and sales. Back then I signed up with Stores on Line and actually built what seemed lke a very nice site selling Swiss Army Knives.
Unfortunatelly, although I got a few sales, it was not enough to keep me going and actually was not making much money after paying for PPC and other marketing costs… so I abandoned the project.
In the last couple of weeks, I got the bug to get back into it again and am working on an e-book. I read your sales letter and was impressed by your straightforwardness and good information.
I am tempted to get your material, but I’m affraid that it may be over my head and that even though you make it sound simple, it may be too technical for me and I may not be able to understand it or actualize it (I can work with templates but don’t know how to program a site from scratch).
Is this the case, or is it more like ….with the right application and following directions, even a caveman can do it?
Thanks for taking the time to respond

Hello
I arrived here via a conversation about marketing software on the web. One of your methods has something to do with submitting software to sites like download.com and 500+ more sites.
Where can I find information on this methodology and how is the best way to make money from it.
A quick context background.
I started on the web in the mid 90’s. Had A very highly ranked site. #19 in April and May of 1997. Could not make any money on it since at the time Visa would not allow online sales with their accounts. I went into software consulting and am very successful at it. But I want to get back into the web more “passive ” Aspect of software and alike.

Chris,
Thankyou for putting out such a fantastic book (Confessions of a Superaffiliate). I have a blog that is getting over 6,000 page views per day, but wasn’t really pulling in any affiliate commissions. When I read that you didn’t like blogs as a way to promote affiliate products, a lightbulb went of in my head.
I created a little static page mini-course on how to get low body fat and put it in a folder on my blog’s domain to share some of the PR value.
I followed your linking tactics and “walla”…consistent Clickbank sales each week!
Since my site is about fitness, I can create a ton of these little static mini-sites based on different topics and make steady commissions while helping people.
I love you style of simplifying all of this and building a steady income over time. I made $1,200 last month, but as long as I build upon that I am good.
Thanks buddy!

Just on board and a question already: what order do you recommend for going through your material? I have Confessions, Conduit, Reverse and VIP Essentials.

Chris …
Have ALL that you have written so far and am working away at putting it all to good use. As easy as you explain it, there is one area where I am stuck on the corner of walk and don’t walk.
I sell cars in Toronto and one of my target markets is the bad credit/no credit. I worked through the process you shared for the registry software, but am having a bit of a hard time applying it to my situation especially when there is no product out there to promote (so yes I will write one) … in the interim any suggestions as to what I can do to generate the traffic? The guys at work, their eyes all glaze over when I talk about this, my GM says just do it … I’s stuck but know when everything jams it will be fantastic … it’s the getting there right now.
Any suggestions??

This is the error I get everytime I try to install productreview wordpress theme
Fatal error: Call to undefined function meta() in /mnt/w0204/d34/s20/b02aa020/www/affiliatemarketingstrictlyconfidential.com/Antivirus/wp-content/themes/productreview/home.php on line 32
Can you tell me why?

Chris - Love the new VVMM report so far. One minor typo to correct, on page 7: “Three good reasons…” should probably be “There are good reasons…”. Too bad spell check can’t catch that kind of thing.
