• What HTML Editor (Site-Builder) Do You Use?

I use Macromedia Dreamweaver 4.0 for designing my mini-sites and the HTML layouts for my authority sites. I use Wordpress.org as a free platform for my blog sites, which I host on my own domains. I recommend XSitePro and SiteBuildIt if you're not comfortable using Dreamweaver.
